Orders are dispatched within 3 business days after payment is received.

Shipping Method

Orders are shipped via Australia Post. We may use FedEx when appropriate.

Shipping Rates

• Cut opals, opal rubs and gemstones — FREE worldwide shipping
• Rough opal up to 500 g — AUD $20
• Rough opal 500 g–1 kg — AUD $30
• Rough opal 1kg–2.5 kg — AUD $50Shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of rough opal products in each order.

Import Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes and local charges imposed by their destination country.

NOTE: Matilda Opal will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or other damages resulting from any product purchased from our company beyond the value of the product purchased, including, without limitation, any lost profits, business interruption of loss of data.
