Shipping policy

Matilda Opal will ship your order within 3 business days of order confirmation and receipt of full payment to our account. 

Shipping method will be Australia Post standard parcel service for domestic and international orders. We reserve the right to dispatch instead by Federal Express (FedEx) courier service at our sole discretion.

Opal cut and polished stones will be shipped to the buyer free of charge, the full cost of postage borne by Matilda Opal. For rough boulder opal rocks and boulder opal specimens the full cost of the shipping will be borne by the buyer, fully paid in advance at the time of purchasing the goods.

For international customers, you will be considered as the importer and as such liable in full for payment of all customs duties and taxes, according to the laws of your country.

NOTE: Matilda Opal will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or other damages resulting from any product purchased from our company beyond the value of the product purchased, including, without limitation, any lost profits, business interruption of loss of data.
